Sick Kids Save Point Gaming Marathon

We at Twitch Gaming are proud to announce that we will be joining in this year’s Sick Kids Save Point gaming marathon. A team of Twitch regulars will join the dozens of other participants in a 24 gaming session, in aid of Edinburgh’s Sick Kids Hospital. We of course need your help, and you can do this by joining in, coming down to Twitch to support the participants, and by donating to the cause. If you’d like to donate some of your hard earned cash, head over to the Twitch Gaming JustGiving page and pick one of our team to sponsor. We’re hoping to raise £500 from the Twitch team so anything you can give us would be appreciated. £50, £10, 50p, it all adds up.

Our attempt is running from 11am on Saturday 8th October, through to 11am on the Sunday. If you would like to become part of team Twitch, we have a couple of spaces left, so if you’d like to join us in the shop, please let us know via facebook or twitter. There are limited spaces available so unfortunately not everyone can join us in store, but that doesn’t stop you from joining in the action. Anyone can join in the fun and help a good cause, all from the comfort of their own home. The nice people from Sick Kids Save Point have made a little checklist of everything you need to do to sign up.

We’re really looking forward to the event and we’ll be all over twitter and facebook through the weekend so keep an eye out for us and give us some encouragement, god knows we’ll need it.
